Writers’ Centre Norwich is leading the development of an International Centre for Writing and Innovation. This is a fantastically exciting development backed by a committed local authority, HE, FE and NDPB partnership. We are inviting tenders for two linked pieces of work examining options appraisals, partnership agreements, impact studies and feasibility appraisals for the ICWI that build on the work undertaken in 2009-10 by Tom Fleming Creative Consultants.
