Improving Poetry Provision for Young People

Arts Council England, Booktrust and the Poetry and Young People Project are pleased to announce an invitation to tender for project funding to support young people’s engagement with poetry.

The Poetry and Young People Project – an Arts Council England funded initiative - seeks to engage more young people in poetry reading, writing and performance and attract new audiences to the art form. As a Thrive! project it seeks to increase the poetry sector’s capacity to reach young people.

Booktrust invites organisations to submit proposals for grant funding that will be used to improve poetry provision for young people.

For full information please see the application guidance document - providing full details about the Project’s funding priorities, application process and timescale for submitting proposals.
