We take your privacy and our use of data very seriously.

  2. Payment information. Our ticketing and sales are handled by Spektrix, a leading expert in secure payments. Writers’ Centre Norwich does not store or retain your payment information and all transactions are processed securely by Spektrix and your bank.
  3. Information from other sources. We may also periodically obtain both personal and non-personal information about you from business partners, contractors and other third parties. Examples of information that we may receive include: updated delivery and address information, purchase history, and additional demographic information.
  4. Information about others. If you use our website to send information or products (such as gift vouchers) to other recipients we may store your personal information, and the personal information of each recipient. Similarly, if you use our website to upload, share and/or distribute content (including, comments or other submissions), and such content contains personal information about others, such information may be stored in order to allow for such uploading, sharing and/or distribution.

Some of our programmes and projects are produced in partnership with other carefully chosen organisations (such as the University of East Anglia or British Council). In such cases we will only share your information with the partner organisation if you have given us specific permission to do so.
